Background

Min Ding is an IT Auditor of Ernst & Young’s Technology & Security Risk Services (TSRS) in Shanghai (China). He has 5 years experience at Technology & Security Risk Services in Ernst & Young.

He started his career with Ernst & Young in 2007 as an Information System auditor. As Min has a good accounting background, and practiced in both Technology & Security Risk Services and Financial Assurance and Advisory Services area, he has accumulated considerable knowledge and practical experiences in both the IT field and the business operation / finance field as well as client service experiences.

Min Ding participated and/or managed a number of engagements in China. He had extensive experience in assessment of IT processes controls and business processes controls. He specialized industry knowledge is in banking, insurance and manufacturing. He also had sound experience in team planning and project management.

In his Information Security assurance and advisory career, Min has been actively involved in listing jobs and in IT audit for multinational corporations and China State-Owned enterprises.

Application Control Review and provide advisory( Including ABC costing review, sales & purchase process, fixed asset, financial statement close process, journal entry completeness test, etc).

Conduct US, Japan and China SOX advisory and compliance review.

Conduct business consulting and process workflow optimization.
